You may return any item purchased at marathonbooks.com for any reason within 30 days. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any special orders which are discounted in price. (Ex. Discounts on quantities greater than 10 items)
- Any CD, DVD or VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged.
Returns and Exchanges should be sent to the address on the packing slip which in most cases it will be our Escondido, CA address. Some books and dvds may have different return address. No approval is needed to return or exchange items however please send a copy of the packing slip and any comments or instructions if needed. You may use any shipping method to return or exchange you would like. We would recommend using a method that can track the package for your protection.
Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from MarathonBooks.com.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
