I have had this towel for almost two years and won't go anywhere without it. I am actually asking for a second one for Christmas for the days when it is in the laundry. I have used this towel for 11 years. Just last year I got a new one and while on my honeymoon it was lost by the hotel. I was devistated. I've had my Aquis hair towel for 10 years and it's still going strong. I use it daily. As I travel a lot, I need a second, just for part of my travel gear -- only this time is a distinct color (not white) so I don't have to guard it against hotel staff who might gather it with the hotel bath towels. It dramatically cuts down drying time for my thick hair and it wraps/tucks so easily into a turban. Definitely on my list of lifetime best purchases. I'm lost without it.

I have owned many of these "twirlie towel" type products. This is my last one - it's fabulous and dries the hair so much faster. The cotton ones (which I thought I would prefer) yellow, stay wet forever and soak up moisture from the hair and become soaked themselves. Try it, you'll like it!

I just received my Aquis hairtowels, one weave and one nonweave. Both are nice, but the weave, is especially soft, absorbent and so nice to feel on my skin. I have short hair and it shortens my blowdryer time. I am going to purchase the washcloth and the bathtowel. I am also using the nonweave towel to dry my little Bichon Frise-Princess, after her bath. It is great. Thanks for such a nice product.

I will never go back to cotton towels again. I still wonder how a fiber that is not cotton could be so very soft and absorbent. This towel is a generous size, soft and absorbent. An absolute pleasure to use. If you are considering a microfiber towel, the waffle weave is far superior than the plain weave Aquis towels (I have both). I wish it came in more colors.

I DO WISH the waffle weave came in more colors!!! If it did, I would use them in my home bathrooms. I enjoy using these towels for my swim workouts - great absorption without the bulk. I have both the smooth and the waffle weave towels, and both are great, but the smooth takes up less room in my crowded bag.

Best towel(s) for ultralight camping, gym or swimming! For ultralight camping the medium is best bet. I have both seafoam and blueberry. I prefer the seafoam for this reason. More absorbent than those other "felt" towels and lasts longer. Two years with these and still going.

I use the towels in an RV while wintering at beach. Sand just shakes off even when damp. Extra-large is big enough to spread out on. Hang out after shower and it doesn't get mildew like regular cotton loop towels. Handwashing leaves them soft-not scratchy like standard towel. I hate going to laundromat!!!! They take up a lot less storage space. Make great Christmas gifts. My whole family is supplied.

I play tennis in central Texas, i.e. high temperature and high humidity from May through October. I sweat profusely. The aquis towel is more absorbant than any two cotton towels of comparable size and it does not have to be rubbed across the skin to be absorbant.

I don't know what a "5 runners" means in the "rate this product"??

This might be a new use for many readers. As a professional fly fishing guide I use this towel to dry off and clean dry flies while on the river. The towel works better than any of the powder "shake" type fly drying products on the market and without the white powder residue! It also removes any slime or algae stuck to the fly. Simply place the waterlogged fly between folds of the towel and press gently. The fly is now bone dry, clean and ready to be used again.

These are the best towels. I have 3 medium adventure towels that I use as kitchen towels. They actually absorb the water off of the dishes, as opposed to just moving the water around. I also have a body towel. I am finally warm after drying off from a shower because I am actually dry! If they weren't so expensive I'd have all aquis towels and toss all my other ones.
